The really good staff truly made my experience lovely, going out of their way to assist with any request. However, I was seriously let down by the dining experience, starting with breakfast that felt more three-star than five-star. While the staff often went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, some fundamental aspects of the hotel really need an upgrade.
