Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Hotel El Jebel was absolutely good! The elevated location provided peaceful views over the Bay of Naxos and Mount Etna, setting the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The really good staff truly made my experience lovely, going out of their way to assist with any request. While the restaurant was only open for breakfast during my visit, the nearby dining options were plentiful and delicious. 🌅😊
My stay at Hotel El Jebel was a good experience. the stunning views of the Bay of Naxos from my room were a major highlight. I appreciated the immaculate cleanliness throughout the hotel, though the breakfast service could have been a bit more efficient. Overall, I felt truly pampered with the attentive staff and the luxurious atmosphere. even if there were a couple of minor service hiccups.
My stay at El Jebel had its highs and lows. The view from my room was absolutely amazing, especially the sight of Mount Etna. However, I was seriously let down by the dining experience, starting with breakfast that felt more three-star than five-star. While the staff often went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, some fundamental aspects of the hotel really need an upgrade.
I was really looking forward to my stay at El Jebel, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a letdown. While the room was stunning and the views of Mount Etna were amazing, the dining experience left much to be desired, with stale breakfasts and questionable drinks. The lack of a functioning spa was a huge disappointment, especially since I chose this hotel for relaxation. Overall, El Jebel has great potential, but it seriously needs improvements in service and facilities.
I had a good stay at Hotel El Jebel, where the beautifully decorated rooms offered stunning views of the Bay of Naxos. However, while the rooftop space was enchanting, I found the dining options somewhat limited and could have used more variety. Overall, the attentive staff and immaculate cleanliness left a lasting impression.
